If the ticket does not require a court appearance, you can go to NJMCDirect.com and pay the fine with a credit card. You may also call the court to arrange to pay by check or cash directly at the court. You can look up the amount due on the Violations Bureau Schedule. If you pay the fine, that means you are pleading guilty to the violation.
Payments can either be paid online, at the office, by mail or via drop box.
Payments accepted at the Violations Window no later than 4pm, Monday- Friday.
If paying by check or money order, please make payable to Evesham Municipal Court.
The silver drop box can be found in front of the building, at the circular driveway. Please make sure all ticket/ complaint information along with defendant information (full name, phone #) are listed with payment.
*NO PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE*
Fines Assessed After Court Appearance
At the time of a guilty plea or verdict, financial obligations are expected to be paid in full. However, if you cannot pay in full at the time fines are assessed, you may pay in installments upon request to the Judge.
