Planning Board Information
The Evesham Township Planning Board is responsible for reviewing applications for new development projects, redevelopment projects, major or minor site plans, major or minor subdivisions and variances. The board is bound by the regulations of Evesham Township and Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey.
The planning board also has the responsibility to prepare, adopt or amend the township’s master plan to guide the use of lands within the municipality.
