NOTICE: Online posting of non-residential applications in advance of Planning / Zoning Board Meetings

UPDATED 8/1/2024: This message is an update meant to serve as further advance notice of a new policy that Evesham Township hopes to finalize and implement. (The policy is currently being examined as it relates to recently passed OPRA Laws at the State Level and how newly mandated redaction requirements are to occur.) The policy applies to new non-residential applications to the Planning & Zoning Board. 

The policy requires the online posting of non-residential applications in advance of the Board meeting at which the applicant will be scheduled on an agenda for approval.

Applicants are reminded that in addition to the initial application being filed with a hard copy & electronic copy, supplemental and/or revised application material is also required to be submitted in both hard copy and electronic format.

Additional information will be posted online on this page prior to the policy being implemented.
