Affordable Housing Opportunities

The Township of Evesham believes our municipality has responsibility to share resources with our residents and guide them to any help that may exist for potentially securing affordable housing opportunities in our township.

For more information about the rental and/or purchase of affordable housing in Evesham, please visit the following section of www.affordablehomesnewjersey.com. This website is administered by CGP&H, which currently serves as the administrative agent for Evesham Township's affordable housing.

On the website above, you will be able to:

  • Complete a preliminary application
  • Find out income guidelines
  • Join waiting lists
  • See current listings of home for sale and rent
  • And get other important information and view FAQs

If there is a wait list, residents interested in pursuing affordable housing should inquire about getting on the wait list. Applicants who join the CGP&H waiting list to rent or purchase a home in Evesham Township will be included in the lottery for new rental projects if CGP&H is the administrative agent.
