Organizational Units

The Evesham Township Finance Office is comprised of the following organizational units:

Accounting Bureau – The bureau’s major objectives include recording the Township’s financial activity, maintaining the centralized accounting system, processing payments and issuing required financial reports.

Budget Bureau – Prepares and directs oversight of the operating budget and provides financial forecasts.

Office of the Treasurer – The Treasurer’s Office manages the development and administration of the Township’s debt policies and those of its related agencies and coordinates the provision of financial analysis and support to the Township and its related agencies. It also manages the Township’s cash resources to maximize the limited resources, which are available to the municipal government to serve the residents of Evesham.

Purchasing Bureau – The Purchasing Bureau is the central purchasing and materials management agency for the Township of Evesham.

Its purpose is to acquire services, supplies, equipment and construction at the lowest price that meets the Township’s needs while ensuring a fair and open process. The Bureau tries to accomplish this in the best interests of our citizens by using sound procurement practices involved in a competitive bidding system.
