Sports Use

If you are looking to reserve a field or court for sports use, place CLICK HERE TO USE OUR ONLINE RESERVATION REQUEST SYSTEM. 

You will be prompted to enter information such as

• Organization/person requesting the field or court
• Sport (if applicable)
• Contact information (name, phone number and email address)
• Location, date and time requested
• Certificate of Insurance 
• Proof of background check completion (for trainers)
• Roster listing all participants and their home addresses (if applicable)
• Appropriate security deposit

Event Use

Want to host an event (non-sports use) in Evesham Township? Great, we love to have a good time! Our goal is to help you plan a safe and successful event. Individuals or organizations considering holding an event in the public right of way in Evesham Township must file an application(s) with the town at least 90 days in advance of the event and receive approval. When scheduling your event, be sure to check the Township events calendar for potential conflicts.
