Tax Sales

The Tax Collector must hold a Tax Sale on all delinquent municipal charges, including TEMUA’s water and sewer rents.

The sale can be held as early as Nov. 11, of the current year, but no later than, Dec. 31 of the next year.

The Tax Sale is advertised in the newspaper for four consecutive weeks prior to the week of the sale. The Tax Sale is held via online electronic auction.
