You may also obtain one at the Township Clerk's Office, 984 Tuckerton Road, Room 201. Dogs and cats must have rabies vaccination for coverage for the duration of the license period. You must bring proof of rabies vaccination and proof of spaying/neutering information.

Polls are open to voters from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You can register to vote at the Township Clerk's Office, 984 Tuckerton Road, Room 201.

You must be:

1) A citizen of the United States;

2) At least 18 years of age on or before the next election;

3) A resident of New Jersey and of Burlington County for at least 30 days.

 The deadline to register to vote in the next ensuing election is 21 days prior to the election day.

January 3, 2024 - Reorganization Meeting to be held at 6 p.m. (2024 calendar of meetings will be finalized at this meeting)

Short term rentals (including but not limited to Airbnb and Vrbo type properties), like long term rentals are required to pass an inspection by the Fire Department and register with the Evesham Township Clerks Office.

The rental property shall receive a Certificate of Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Alarm, and Portable Fire Extinguisher Compliance (CSACMAPFEC) inspection, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.3, each time a new tenant occupies the property.  Failure to comply with the provisions of N.J.A.C 5:70-2.3 will result in a $500 penalty.
