Pet Licensing

Dog and Cat licenses are issued for an annual basis.

Fees - Current Residents

• Jan. 1 to Jan. 31 of Licensing Year:
  Dog/Cat - Spayed/Neutered - $16
  Dog/Cat - Non-spayed/Neutered - $19
  
  
• Feb. 1 to Feb. 28 of Licensing Year:
  Dog/Cat - Spayed/Neutered - $21 (includes $5 late fee)
  Dog/Cat - Non-spayed/Neutered - $24 (includes $5 late fee)
  
  
• March 1 to Dec. 31 of Licensing Year:
  Dog/Cat - Spayed/Neutered - $41 (Original $16 fee per pet, plus additional $25 late fee per household)
  Dog/Cat - Non-spayed/Neutered - $44 (Original $19 fee per pet, plus additional $25 late fee per household)

How to license/renew your pet: (3 options)

1) ONLINE

Online pet licensing/renewals is available to residents by creating a user account and password with online platform Spatial Data Logic (SDL), and paying additional processing fees utilizing online vendor, Municipay.  The annual township’s fees will apply as noted above, however, should you register using the online option -   

Be advised the following additional fees to Municipay will apply per pet licensing/renewal:

• Credit Cards: 2.65% or $1.50 minimum, whichever is greater.
• eChecks: Flat fee of $1.50

2) MAIL-IN

Use the following link to download the pet licensing/renewal application form and return it as directed, along with the appropriate township [only] payment for processing and a self-addressed stamped envelope:

3) APPLY IN-PERSON

Initial licensing and renewals are also accepted in-person at the Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road in the Clerks Office, Room 201, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Cash or Check accepted only. Proof of rabies vaccination to expire  November 1^st, or further later date, of licensing year is required.
