MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that The Township of Evesham does hereby notify the public that a Special Meeting of the Township Council has been scheduled for 11:05 AM on Friday, May 15, 2026, and will be conducted electronically using the video conferencing service ZOOM. 

The Special Meeting is being held to conduct the following business:

• To consider a resolution pertaining to the bid for Indian Spring Balcony repairs
• To consider a resolution appointing conditional redeveloper for township landfill solar development project and establishing period for negotiations
• To consider a resolution to rescind Resolution No. 182-2026 (regarding a shared service agreement with Lenape Regional High School District for Special Resource Officer services)
• To consider a resolution to authorize a shared service agreement with Evesham Township Board of Education for Special Resource Officer services

Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting electronically may do so by using one of the following options at 11:05 a.m. on May 15, 2026:

  3.  For individuals who cannot register for ZOOM digitally or dial into the meeting, they may submit written comments/questions by contacting the Township Clerk via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to the meeting, up until May 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The comments/questions must include the individual’s name and address, which will be read into the record.

Individuals using any of the above means will be able to participate during public comment portions of the meeting.  A non-public dial in number will be used if executive session is required.

The meeting is also scheduled to be streamed live to the township website, as with past council meetings, as an option for residents who wish to view the meeting, but who do not wish to register through ZOOM. However, public comment will only be available through the aforementioned three options delineated above. Formal action may be taken and Agendas will be available.
