Evesham Township to conduct February 28, 2022 Zoning Board Meeting via video teleconferencing   

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ – In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and the April 2, 2020 recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services, Evesham Township will host its next Zoning Board Meeting via video teleconferencing on February 28, 2022, at 7 p.m. This action is being taken in order to limit any potential spread of COVID-19 and protect the safety of both residents, township staff, professionals and applicants. Previously adopted Zoning Board Resolution 2021-ZB-09, “Rules of Procedure”, continues in full force and effect, subject to modification at the discretion of the Zoning Board Chairperson.   All plans and application materials are electronically available for public review on and through the Evesham Township website.  Members of the public may contact the Board Secretary at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 856-983-2900 ext. 2083 to receive a hard copy of the plans and application by mail or drop/pick up by appointment.  Applicants exhibits will be posted on the website no less than two days in advance of the Zoning Board Meeting and posted for Board and public access prior to and during the video meeting.  To facilitate the meeting, the township will be using the video conferencing service ZOOM. If members of the public wish to offer a public comment, Evesham Township encourages members of the public to attend the Zoning Board meeting virtually. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at this upcoming Zoning Board meeting will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting.  This notice will be posted on the Township bulletin board and website http://www.evesham-nj.org/index.php

Meeting Participation Rules: 1. All participants will be set to “listen only”. 2. If a participant that has registered in ZOOM would like to comment during a portion of the meeting set aside for public participation, they must click the “Raise Hand” button and the host will unmute them. 3. If a participant who has dialed into ZOOM would like to comment during a portion set aside for public participation, they must dial *9 and the host will unmute them. Once finalized, the full agenda for the meeting will be available on the township website at www.evesham-nj.org
