Evesham Township is excited to launch Evesham Connect - a new mobile app for citizen engagement.
This new app will place a full assortment of Evesham Township’s municipal services and information right in the palm of residents’ hands.
Evesham Connect will allow the township to provide direct notifications to residents’ mobile devices on topics such as township news, upcoming events, road closures and more.
The app is also integrated with the township’s existing ASK EVESHAM reporting system, which allows residents to have a direct line of communication to request services, ask questions or report issues such as potholes, light outages and more.
Evesham Connect also integrates several other features currently available on the township website, such as the payment of tax bills, the ability to reserve fields/courts, registering for rec programs and viewing the locations of all of Evesham’s parks and recreation facilities.
“I’m excited that our residents and township staff have access to yet another tool that will let them better communicate with one another,” Mayor Jaclyn Veasy said. “I hope all residents will download the Evesham Connect app and receive great news and notifications about all that’s happening in their town.”
To download the free app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search “Evesham Connect” to find the app.
In addition to expanding communication with this new app, the township is also reminding residents that starting in April, Township Council Meetings, Planning Board Meetings and Zoning Board meeting will now also be broadcast on the township’s Public Access Channel.
The channel for Comcast customers is Channel No. 192 and the channel for Verizon Fios customers is Channel No. 22. These meetings will also continue to be livestreamed/recorded to the township website at www.evesham-nj.org.
