Evesham Township once again partnering for 2026 Backpack Collection Drive to help local students

During the past six years this annual drive has collected hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies for students right here in Evesham Township whose families might be facing financial hardship.

Community members can help by donating either individual school supplies or a fully packed backpack. Donations can be dropped off now through Aug. 16 at the following:

• The Evesham Township Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road: Monday through Sunday at any time in the lobby.
• The Evesham Schools Administration Building, 25 South Maple Avenue: Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• 1 box pencils
• 1 wide ruled loose leaf paper
• 1 pair scissors
• 1 pencil bag
• 1 eraser
• 1 post-it pad
• 1 ruler
• 1 glue or glue stick
• 2 notebooks
• 3 folders
