Public Notice: Evesham MUA authorization of supplemental resolution for the issuance of bonds

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a resolution entitled:

“SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE AND DELEGATING THE POWER TO AWARD REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2025, OF THE EVESHAM MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF LOAN AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE NEW JERSEY ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING PROGRAM” was adopted by The Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority (the 'Authority') on July 2, 2025; that copies of such resolution have been filed with and are available for public inspection in the office of the Authority, 100 Sharp Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053, and in the office of the Township Clerk, Township of Evesham, 984 Tuckerton Road, Evesham, New Jersey 08053; and that any action or proceeding of any kind or nature in any court questioning the validity or the proper authorization of the bonds authorized by such resolution or the validity of any covenants, agreements or contracts provided for by such resolution must be commenced within twenty (20) days after the first publication of this Notice.

This Notice is published pursuant to the Municipal and County Utilities Authorities Law (N.J.S.A. 40: 14B-28), constituting Chapter 183 of the Laws of 1957 of the State of New Jersey, as amended and supplemented.
