NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Please Take Notice, that on September 30, 2025 at 2:00 pm, at the Evesham Township Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, 2^nd Floor Conference Room B, Marlton, New Jersey, the Township of Evesham will conduct a public auction to sell a certain parcel of municipally-owned real estate identified as:

702 Hopewell Road
(Block 81.01, Lots 2 & 3 on the Township tax map)

All bidders must use the proposal forms supplied by the Township of Evesham, and available by contacting the Township Clerk.  All bids shall be addressed to the Township Clerk and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing “702 Hopewell Road” on the outside of the sealed envelope.  The sale will be conducted by the opening of all submitted bids at the time and place so designated above.  All bids must be received by the Clerk prior to that time.  Any bid received after the Clerk commences opening the bids will not be considered.  Following the conclusion of the bidding, a recommendation will be made to the Township Council at the next regular meeting on October 8, 2025 regarding the sale.  The Township Council reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids if it chooses not to accept the highest bid. Final sale to be payable in cash or certified funds.  Closing shall occur within 30 days of approval by the Township.

The property to be sold shall be sold “as is” without any warranties or representations regarding the nature of the title to the property.  The sale of the Property is subject to existing Conservation Restrictions set forth in the Deed With Conservation Restrictions dated January 10, 2000, and recorded with the Burlington County Clerk at DB5801 PG104, as well as any other township land use restrictions/regulations.  All prospective Buyers should undertake sufficient due diligence in advance of the public auction to fully acquaint themselves with the property.
