A changing climate means that the way we’ve traditionally built and maintained our infrastructure and delivered essential services may need an enhanced approach.
While not all climate change impacts are negative, they require us to rethink how we plan, invest, and adapt. With climate-related hazards like flooding, extreme heat, and severe storms becoming more frequent and unpredictable, it’s important that we assess our community’s vulnerabilities and plan wisely, ensuring that today’s solutions don’t become tomorrow’s problems.
This brief survey will assist us in better understanding your lived experience as it relates to climate change. The results of the survey will be used in the Climate Change-Related Hazard Vulnerability Assessment being prepared for inclusion in the municipal Master Plan, as required by state law.
