Join Evesham Township on June 28 for our official Twinning Ceremony & Celebration Dinner with the City of Dreux, France!

Members of the public are cordially invited to join Evesham Township for a series of very special celebrations on June 28 as Evesham Township will officially Twin with the City of Dreux, France!

Twinning encourages communities across the world to explore both the differences and similarities between their nations and cultures.

Evesham Township is currently in a Friendship Pact (the step before twinning) with the city of Dreux, which began through Evesham Township’s prior relationship as a Twin City with Evesham, England. Evesham, England has been an official Twin City with Dreux, France for many years, and now Evesham Township and Dreux, France are proud to complete the connection with our own official Twinning relationship.

An official Twinning Ceremony with honored guests from Dreux, France will be held on June 28 at 11 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Evesham Township Municipal Complex at 984 Tuckerton Road. All members of the public are invited to help welcome our guests and help celebrate at this very special ceremony. 

Then, later that evening at 7 p.m., a special Twinning Dinner & Dancing Event with Evesham Mayor Jaclyn Veasy and Dreux Mayor Pierre-Frédéric Billet will be held at Marco’s at Indian Spring Country Club. Click here to learn more or see the flyer above for menu options and ticket prices.

We also encourage everyone in our community to cheer on our guests from Dreux as they take part in our annual Fourth of July Parade on Main Street on July 4! Please join us for this exciting and educational cultural exchange!
