The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting its fifth five-year review of the Ellis Property Superfund Site, located in Evesham Township, New Jersey. This review seeks to confirm the cleanup plan selected by EPA in the 1992 Record of Decision is protective of protective of people’s health and the environment. The selected cleanup plan included the following components:
A summary of the five-year review activities and an evaluation of the protectiveness of the remedy will be included in the upcoming five-year review report. It is anticipated that the five-year review report will be completed by March 2025.
