New Tenant Certificate (NTC) / New Owner Certificate (NOC) for Commercial Tenants/Properties

Per the Township Code Chapter 94-18, new commercial tenants and/or commercial property owners who are not undertaking any construction work or initiating a change of use shall apply for a New Tenant Certificate (NTC)/New Owner Certificate (NOC).
