In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and the April 2, 2020 recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services, Evesham Township will host a special joint remote meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission, Environmental Commission, and Green Team.
The meeting will be held remotely online via Zoom, on Sept. 27, 2021 at 6 p.m.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to introduce the professional design consultant who has been retained by the Township to develop a concept plan for the property commonly known as the "Beagle Club".
To facilitate the meeting, the township will be using the video conferencing service ZOOM. If members of the public wish to offer a public comment, Evesham Township encourages members of the public to attend the Special Meeting virtually, and will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting.
Members of the public looking to offer a comment must follow the steps listed below.

Participation Rules:
1. All participants will be set to "listen only".
2. If a participant that has registered in ZOOM would like to comment during a portion of the meeting set aside for public participation, they must click the "Raise Hand" button and the host will unmute them.
3. If a participant who has dialed into ZOOM would like to comment during a portion set aside for public participation, they must dial *9 and the host will unmute them.
