Gibson House Community Center

The Gibson House Community Center is a popular venue in Evesham Township and the perfect place to host your next event or get together. The building is conveniently located at 535 E. Main Street in Marlton, adjacent to the Indian Spring Driving Range.

The facility is open to the public seven days a week with the exception of major holidays.

The Gibson House provides a setting for all types of events from weddings to meetings to enrichment programs and more. The main hall of the Gibson House can comfortably seat 125 people either "party style" with tables and chairs or "seminar style" with chairs only.

The renter is provided with tables and chairs, access to the full kitchen and use of the veranda overlooking the grounds of the Indian Spring Golf Course.

A $25 set-up fee is required for all groups using either half of or the entire main hall rental.

To secure your event a $300 security deposit is required. This fee is processed separately and not part of your rental fee. Security deposits are refunded within 3-4 weeks provided the venue is left the way it was found.

In addition to the above, a Certificate of Insurance is required reflecting at least $300,000 in personal liability coverage. All rental fees and the certificate of insurance are due 30 days prior to the event.
