Evesham Township to conduct June 1, 2021 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting via video teleconferencing

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and the April 2, 2020 recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services, Evesham Township will host its next Historic Preservation Commission Meeting via video teleconferencing on June 1, 2021, at 6:30 p.m.

This action is being taken in order to limit any potential spread of COVID-19 and protect the safety of both residents, township staff, professionals and applicants. To facilitate the meeting, the township will be using the video conferencing service ZOOM.

If members of the public wish to offer a public comment, Evesham Township encourages members of the public to attend the Historic Preservation Commission Meeting virtually. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at this upcoming Historic Preservation Commission Meeting will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting. Members of the public looking to offer a comment must follow the steps below:

Meeting Participation Rules:

All participants will be set to "listen only".

1. If a participant that has registered in ZOOM would like to comment during a portion of the meeting set aside for public participation, they must click the "Raise Hand" button and the host will unmute them.

2. If a participant who has dialed into ZOOM would like to comment during a portion set aside for public participation, they must dial *9 and the host will unmute them.

3. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at this meeting will be provided the ability to do so during specific portions of the meeting.

 When available, this meeting's agenda will be posted on the Evesham Township website for review.
