Meet the YAC Officers

Aiden DeMarsey

President

As a Junior at Cherokee High School, President Aiden DeMarsey has always been active and passionate about his community. That is why he is so proud to be President of this Youth Advisory Committee. A few of his non-political passions are spending time with family and friends, listening to his favorite artists, such as Bruce Springsteen, going down the shore, and having pride in his home state of New Jersey

Brooke Shapiro
Vice President

This is Brooke Shapiro’s third year as Vice President of the Evesham Youth Advisory Committee, and sixth year in the group in general. She enjoys being a part of YAC because of the wide range of opportunities such as learning, self growth, and giving back. Outside of YAC, Brooke plays saxophone in Cherokee’s jazz band and wind ensemble, and a drum major in the marching band. She is also an avid music listener who enjoys discovering new music. Brooke looks forward to her continued work with the Evesham Youth Advisory Committee.

Jillian Passanante is the Social Media Ambassador of the Youth Advisory Committee. She is currently in ninth grade and has been a member of YAC for four years. She loves helping out at events all over her town, especially the Winterfest every December! In her free time, she plays piano and softball. She also received the Distinguished Honor Roll for all three years of middle school, and was awarded the Highest Overall Scholastic Achievement Award at her graduation ceremony. Jillian loves being an officer of the Youth Advisory Committee and is hopeful to serve as one all throughout her high school career!
