Public Notice: Township of Evesham Planning Board Public Hearing on Dec. 5 - Open Space And Recreation Plan Element Of The Township Master Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM
PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
OPEN SPACE AND RECREATION PLAN ELEMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP MASTER PLAN

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Evesham Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Dec. 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., an irregular meeting date previously published via Notice, pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1, et seq.), and specifically N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, to consider adopting the 2023 Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) Element of the municipal Master Plan. The Plan will be on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of Community Development and on the Township’s website www.evesham-nj.org a minimum of ten days before the hearing. The public meeting will be held in the Municipal Building Council Chambers at 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend. The OSRP is being prepared in accordance with the Open Space and Recreation Plan Guidelines of the NJDEP Green Acres Program. 

Any person interested in this matter will have the opportunity during the hearing to present any comments as well as to ask questions regarding the OSRP.  Members of the public may contact the Planning Board Secretary during normal business hours - Jennifer A. This notice will be posted on the Township bulletin board and website www.evesham-nj.org and on the door of the main public entrance to the building where the Planning Board’s regular public meetings are held, along with the door for any designated and clearly delineated handicap-accessible entrance.
