OF THE TOWNSHIP MASTER PLAN

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 30th day of March, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. a public meeting will be held to gather citizen input regarding community open space and recreation needs to inform updates to the Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) Element of the Township Master Plan.

The meeting will be held in the Municipal Building Council Chambers at 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

The OSRP is being prepared in accordance with the Open Space and Recreation Plan Guidelines of the NJDEP Green Acres Program.

A minimum of ten days before the community meeting on March 30, the Plan (and all associated maps) will be on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of Community Development and on the township's website by clicking here.

Any person interested in this matter will have the opportunity during the hearing to present any comments as well as to ask questions regarding the OSRP.

Prior to the public hearing, questions or comments may be directed to the Planning Board Secretary during normal business hours - Jennifer A. Newton, Board Secretary (P) (856) 983-2900 ext. 2083 or by email: [email protected]evesham-nj.gov.

This notice will be posted on the Township bulletin board and website at www.evesham-nj.org and on the door of the main public entrance to the building where the Planning Board's regular public meetings are held, along with the door for any designated and clearly delineated handicap-accessible entrance. 

After the March 30 Community Meeting, another public meeting and hearing will be held by the Planning Board as part of plan adoption process.
