Evesham Township residents are invited to have their confidential files shredded on Sunday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (rain or shine) at the Evesham Municipal Services Complex, located at 100 Sharp Road.

This event is for Evesham residents only - NO businesses may participate. ID will be checked.

Residents may bring their confidential files for on-site destruction. Accepted files include items such as bank and credit card statements, tax returns, papers with account numbers or social security numbers. Residents may also bring paper they have shredded at home to this event for recycling. The county no longer picks up shredded paper curbside. NO CIRCULARS, JUNK MAIL, CATALOGS or MAGAZINES will be accepted - these are not confidential documents. Binders, plastic folders, computer disks or plastic credit cards will also NOT be accepted.

The event may end prior to the stated time aboveif trucks reach capacity. There is a limit of four medium size bags or boxes per household.
