Public Notice: Special Township Council Meeting to be held Oct. 4

TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM
SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that The Township of Evesham does hereby notify the public that a special meeting of the Township Council has been scheduled for 3:00 PM on Friday, October 4, 2024, and will be conducted electronically using the video conferencing service ZOOM. 

The Special Meeting is being held to conduct the following business:

• To consider a resolution to authorize an affordable housing down payment assistance loan repayment agreement with a prospective purchaser/owner of an affordable housing unit

Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting electronically may do so by using one of the following options at 3:00 p.m. on October 4, 2024:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

3.  For individuals who cannot register for ZOOM digitally or dial into the meeting, they may submit written comments/questions by contacting the Acting Township Clerk via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to the meeting, up until October 4, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. The comments/questions must include the individual’s name and address, which will be read into the record.

Individuals using any of the above means will be able to participate during public comment portions of the meeting.  A non-public dial in number will be used if executive session is required.

The meeting is also scheduled to be streamed live to the township website, as with past council meetings, as an option for residents who wish to view the meeting, but who do not wish to register through ZOOM. However, public comment will only be available through the aforementioned three options delineated above. Formal action may be taken and Agendas will be available.
