NOTICE Evesham Township to conduct March 4, 2021 Planning Board meeting via video teleconferencing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and the April 2, 2020 recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services, Evesham Township will host its next Planning Board Meeting via video teleconferencing on March 4, 2021, at 7 p.m.

This action is being taken in order to limit any potential spread of COVID-19 and protect the safety of both residents, township staff, professionals and applicants. All plans and application materials are electronically available for public review on and through the Evesham Township website. To facilitate the meeting, the township will be using the video conferencing service Zoom.

If members of the public wish to offer a public comment, Evesham Township encourages members of the public to attend the Planning Board meeting virtually. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at this upcoming Planning Board meeting will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting.

Members of the public looking to offer a comment must follow the steps below.

Meeting Participation Rules:

1. All participants will be set to "listen only".

2. If a participant that has registered in ZOOM would like to comment during a portion of the meeting set aside for public participation, they must click the "Raise Hand" button and the host will unmute them.

3. If a participant who has dialed into ZOOM would like to comment during a portion set aside for public participation, they must dial *9 and the host will unmute them. Once finalized, the full agenda for the meeting is available below.
