NOTICE TO BID

SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM FOR:

COURTS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
GREENLANE FARMS AND COUNTRY FARMS

And will be opened and read in public at the Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey on June 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM prevailing time in Conference Room “B”.

Bid specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the Township of Evesham, Department of Finance, Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Bids must be made on the Township’s proposal form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project “COURTS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT” prominently displayed on the outside addressed to the Township of Evesham, Office of the Township Clerk, Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053. Bids shall be accepted no later than 10:00 AM, June 8, 2017 at the Township Clerk’s office, Room 201.

All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and be delivered to the place and by the hour above named. Bidders shall provide a consent of surety from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey with their bid.

The Township will not assume responsibility for bids mailed, delivered or sent by overnight or express courier which do not arrive by the time indicated.

The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Township's requirements.

PREVAILING WAGES

This public works project conforms to prevailing wage requirements in accordance with N.J.S.A 34:11-56.25. A prevailing wage determination is made an integral part of the specifications for this project.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.S.A. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et.seq.).
